Service Description

What is this? Good question! You will swab your cheek and mail the sample to Apeiron Zho, the genetics and longevity company that provides the DNA report. They will generate a report detailing your DNA and how that relates to YOUR individual nutrition, supplementation and sleep needs. We are all built differently. Do you want to know the diet and lifestyle your unique body needs? I will do a health assessment and make recommendations for diet and lifestyle choices (I am a registered nurse). This includes; DNA swab collection and mailing, health assessment, in-person or video meeting in which all facets of the report are explained (usually an hour or more), a written copy of the report with recommendations, and no-cost follow-up questions and support. I also offer health coaching services if you want ongoing intensive diet or lifestyle coaching.
